• All shipments include protective packaging.
• Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received (business days are Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
• Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to California addresses.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 15 days of the shipping date.
• Items must be returned in their original condition with all included accessories (e.g., dust bag,  etc.).
• A $150 restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds do not include original shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes.
• Please Note: SALE items are not returnable or refundable, but we will exchange for items in same value or high value if you pay the difference.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
• Items must be shipped back within 15 days of the original shipping date to qualify for a refund.
