退款政策

RETURNS:

 

Yes! We want you to be happy with your purchase. All item(s) must be returned to Bravo Fashion within ten (10) days of the shipped date with tags attached and in the original condition in order to receive a full refund, less $150 shipping and restocking fee.  Item(s) must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the shipped date. Certificate of Authenticity tag must be included to receive a refund.

Item(s) must be in the same condition with no missing “extras” (dust bag, box, lock, etc.), so please take care of packing and protecting the item you are returning. If not in the same condition as when purchased, the item will not be eligible for a refund.

Bravo Fashion is not responsible for any new damage or wear to an item after purchase. At Bravo Fashion, all items are pre-owned and we are unable to honor any brand-specific warranties as we are not a part of the manufacturing process. Our team is thoroughly trained to look for any signs of wear or damage but are unable to foresee how future use will impact an item.

REFUNDS

The goods can be returned in ten (10) days for exchange or refund. It must be returned in Original condition with Dust Bags etc. for full refund or Exchange. 

RETURN SHIPPING

Use your own shipping method (at your own cost)
Refunds will not include any original domestic shipping costs, including customs and taxes.
Return items can be return to Bravo Fashion. Bravo Fashion will take returns $150 return fee to cover shipping fee and restocking fee  in pristine condition.
