Please Read Problems With Authentication Apps:
If you want to use these Apps, please do not buy from us. We have been in the industry 32years and also visited many of the factories in person, and know more about the products than any authentication app. Using one of these apps only cause you problems and us. We are genuine! Most if not all Authentication Apps online give false readings, because they are reluctant to say the products is real or if it’s not real. This means they say the product is a replica when it’s not, just so they do not have problems. This makes it easy for them to charge with no responsibility.
Also, I have personally spoken with Hermes and Chanel. They will not Authenticate in their stores for same reasons above.
Not all authentication apps for branded items are scams, but you can’t assume they’re fully reliable either. There are many legitimate ones, and many with serious caveats.
False sense of security: Relying solely on an app might give you confidence but does not remove all risk. The best practice remains inspecting items yourself, checking provenance.
Transparency issues: Some services might give you a certificate or “authentic” label, but not explain why or how they concluded the result. That reduces accountability. Example:
“LEGIT APP Marked My GOAT (online marketplace) Purchase as Fake — No Proof … I have to pay $100 upfront to dispute their result … and risk losing my item.”
No guarantee of perfection: Even good authentication services will inevitably make mistakes. In the real world, counterfeiters evolve, and sometimes subtle replicas can fool systems. Users report that even trusted services sometimes pass fakes, or reject genuine items
