RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns on eligible items when shipped back within 15 days of the original shipping date.

Items must be returned in their original condition with all included accessories, tags, dust bags, boxes, locks, authenticity materials, and other items originally included with the purchase.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected by Bravo Fashion.

Original shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

We recommend using a secure and trackable shipping method when returning your item.

Items must be shipped back within 15 days of the original shipping date to qualify for a refund.

Items returned with damage, additional wear, missing accessories, or in a condition different from when purchased may not qualify for a refund.

All items sold by Bravo Fashion are pre-owned. Brand-specific warranties are not included.
